		<description>Evan – Enjoyed your Update, as always.  My brother-in-law recently asked me to take a look at a set of reverse mortgage documents.  I had several concerns about the documents (including the possible effect of a 6-month stay in a nursing facility), but what really convinced me it really wasn’t right for his parents (beyond the fact that they really only wanted to borrow a small fraction of their equity) was the very high fees charged on the mortgage.
